Jinx is an independent jewelry brand operating out of Los Angeles, California designed by Sarah Chapin.

All jewelry is made in small batch sweatshop-free environments from surgical grade stainless steel, suede, and beads. 

SHIPPING

All orders take 1-2 weeks to ship and are sent out using the U.S. Postal Service.

We ship worldwide, however we cannot anticipate customs fees your country may levy upon import. For all customs related inquiries, please contact your local postal carrier. Some international shipments may require in-person pick-up at your local post office.

RETURN POLICY

All orders are eligible for exchange for store credit within 10 days of receipt of item. Email contact@jinxlosangeles.com to coordinate an exchange. We're sorry, but at this time we do not offer refunds.
